Richard Smith is the owner and founder of John Mae Properties. He started John Mae Properties as a tool to help his community, continue a legacy passed down from his paternal grandfather John Henry Smith and his maternal grandmother Mattie Mae Walker, and pass down that legacy to his children. Richard named the business John Mae Properties to honor his grandparents. Richard has been a successful Business Professional in the Greater Chattanooga area for the past 12 years. He serves as board member for he and his wife's non profit ministry Transformed Wife where the two teach others God's plan for marriage and host events in the community. Richard has a degree in Supervisory Management and has spent the past decade working in the Business Security field with ADT Security. Real Estate has always been Richard's true passion!
